KAREN GAMBARO, PHD

DIRECTOR, TRANSLATIONAL OPERATIONS

Dr. Karen Gambaro holds a PhD degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis (France). She completed a 5-year post-doctoral training in the Department of Human Genetics at McGill University. Her research focused on cancer biomarker and molecular signature identification and validation in preclinical models and clinical samples. Karen then worked as a Lab head and Principal Scientist at Q-CROC to support the development and execution of longitudinal biomarker-driven trials and associated translational research. Karen’s role as Director of Translational Operations at Exactis is to support the management of the Exactis Network of sites and laboratories and provide expertise and solutions to oncology real-world evidence (RWE) questions, including outcome-based research.
